Weighted Climate Automation Solution
The Pixel controller provides the ability to flexibly configure it to customer needs. Existing modifications allow you to select the desired combination of analog and digital inputs / outputs. If necessary, their number is easily increased by expansion modules MR. The built-in display provides text and graphic information. To create user interfaces, it is effective to use the SM Art software package. The basic functionality of the Pixel controller expands with additional modules. Communication modules add Ethernet PNS network connectivity to the integrated RS-485 interface. The memory module extends the available amount of own PLC memory for storing archives, schedules and the work of more complex projects with a large number of variables.

Features

Modular
means flexible
Pixel is designed as a personal computer - you can change its components depending on your needs. Add additional modules to the basic resources of the controller - and pay only for what you will really use.
MR Expansion Modules
Their usage is the standard accepted for older models of controllers. The benefits of modular expansion are obvious. We produce 6 modifications of MR expansion modules, each with its own I/O kit. This is more than enough for you to be able to select the composition of input-output channels required specifically for your project. In total, you can increase the number of channels to 64 by one Pixel. Adding new MR Modules is easy - you do not need to dismantle the controller or disassemble it, the process is as automated as possible: address distribution, hot pickup, etc. are implemented.
Communication modules
The Pixel controller supports scheduling, while working with different network protocols: Modbus, Ethernet. Communication on the network is provided by removable modules. Communication modules are ordered separately. If you decide to switch from one protocol to another, you do not need to reprogram the Pixel.
Memory module
It is used to store archives and to transfer work programs between controllers quickly. Without it, you would have to carry a laptop on the object to complete these operations. A memory module exempts hands and time.
Graphic display
Unlike masked or alphanumeric displays common in the industry, graphic displays are much more versatile. They allow you to provide graphics, fonts of the sizes you need, etc. On the Pixel installed just such a display.

You can show temperature and humidity trends, custom icons, gif-animation and much more. One of our clients even realized a mnemonic diagram of the object!

Software support
The Pixel controller is programmed in the FBD language in the SMLogix environment.

By supplementing SMLogix with the SMConstructor program, you can quickly create programs for managing HEAT and HVAC. Just indicate the existence of the necessary settings on your object and the SMConstructor will automatically generate an FBD program. If necessary, the resulting code can be further modified in SMLogix.

To create graphical user interfaces, use the SMArt package. By using it you can quickly create a beautiful and intuitive interface or convert the previously created for SMH2G controller interface to the Pixel screen resolution.

Full compatibility of programs for SMH2010 and for Pixel. Everything that worked on SMH2010 will work on Pixel.
