Module MC

Extends I/O resources and mounting options of SMH2G and SMH4 controllers.

MC modules work with SMH2G, SMH2G(i), SMH4 controllers. Only one MC module and up to eight MR modules can be connected to one controller at a time. Today, Segnetics releases 4 types of MC modules.

Features

Installation

The module can be connected to the controller either by using a loopback cable or directly "connector to connector". There are triggers on the module housing MC module can be mounted on a DIN rail by using triggers on the module cabinet. Thus, you can flexibly choose installation options:

The module together with the controller on the control panel door
The module on the DIN rail, and the controller on the switchboard door
Module and controller together on a DIN rail

Measurements

The MS module supports measurements with 24 bit ADCs (up to 8 channels). Thanks to UHAM technology, a variety of sensors with software configuration exclusively) can be connected to the measurement inputs. Despite the fact that even for temperature sensors such as TCM50, the accuracy of the measurements will remain no worse than ± 0.1 degrees Celsius.

* The digital inputs DI7, DI8 of the MS module can operate in the mode of measuring the frequency or counting pulses with a frequency of up to 20 kHz.
