The warranty period for SMH2010, Pixel controllers and MR modules is 36 months from the date of sale.

For other products - 12 months from the date of sale.

The warranty does not apply to memory modules and keyboards of controllers in case of their physical damage.

The warranty also does not apply to lithium batteries.

The product’s life before the first repair is 20,000 hours, during the service life of 20 years, including a shelf life of five years in the manufacturer’s packaging in warehouses.

Use conditions and storage ambients:

Ambient temperature during operation: from -15 ° С to + 55 ° С (from -40 ° С to + 55 ° С for the frost-resistant version of the controller)

Ambient temperature during storage: from -20 ° С to + 65 ° С (from -50 ° С to + 65 ° С for the frost-resistant version of the controller)

Humidity: 10-90% (non-condensing)

Atmosphere: no corrosive gases

The indicated resources, service and storage periods are valid if the consumer complies with the requirements of the current maintenance documentation of the products.

1. In the case of damage or removal of warranty stickers, seals, serial numbers;
2. In the case of signs of tampering on the case or unauthorized access (repair);
3. In the case of defects, which are arisen as a result of improper conditions of transportation, storage and operation (technical specifications discrepancy);
4. In the case of self-diagnostic tools identification, indicating the facts of inappropriate operation;
5. In the case of incorrect configuration (connection) working product by the user that led to its complete or partial inoperability;
6. The guarantee does not provide for claims regarding to the technical parameters of the product, if they correspond to indicated in the technical specification parameters.
